These Terms of Service govern your use of skyzap.xyz, operated by SkyZap Tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SkyZap provides free online calculators, generators and educational articles. The service is provided as-is and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
#2. No professional advice
This is the most important term on this page. SkyZap does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, accounting or engineering advice. Our calculators produce estimates from the assumptions you supply and simplified models. Our articles are general information, not recommendations for your circumstances.
No client relationship, fiduciary duty, or attorney-client relationship is created by using this site. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on anything you find here. See our full disclaimer.
#3. Documents generated by our tools
Documents produced by tools such as the privacy policy generator and invoice generator are templates assembled from standard clauses based on your answers. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, adapting and, where appropriate, obtaining professional review of any document before you rely on or publish it.
#4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; scrape, mirror or systematically download the site at a rate that degrades service for others; remove or obscure advertising; interfere with the operation of the site; or use the site to develop a directly competing product by wholesale copying of our content.
#5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, calculator logic, source code and articles are owned by SkyZap Tools and protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
Documents you generate with our tools, and the inputs you supply, are yours. We claim no rights in them and never see them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
#9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyZap Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including any decision made in reliance on a calculation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is zero) or USD 50.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
#10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SkyZap Tools against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
#11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
#12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
