#What to include
Reporting an error in a calculator. Tell us the tool, the exact inputs you used, the result you got and the result you expected. Screenshots help enormously.
Reporting a factual error in an article. Tell us the page, quote the specific sentence, and where possible point to the primary source that contradicts it.
Suggesting a tool. Describe the decision you are trying to make and what you currently do instead. We prioritise tools that replace a bad spreadsheet or an expensive subscription.
Press and partnerships. Include your outlet or organisation and what you are working on. We do not publish sponsored content, guest posts or paid links, so please do not ask.
Privacy requests. Data access, correction and deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mark the subject line "Privacy request".
#Response times
We aim to reply within two working days. Confirmed calculator bugs are usually fixed the same week. We do not offer individual financial, legal or tax advice, and we cannot review your specific loan, policy or contract.
